Wonderful
The hotel has a lovely old world feel. The proximity to the restaurants, shops and boat is brilliant. The hotel staff were all wonderful and accomodating- they even a free shuttle service around the town!! I highly recommend the hotel .

A wonderful relaxing stay at a lovely hotel
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with wonderful, friendly staff who provided an excellent service. No extra charge for early check in or for lest luggage and even provided free transport to the station!

As a summary, location - 10, WiFi - 0 (!!!), breakfast - 5/10. Service - 6/10…
Location is excellent! We had a room with water view. This was excellent.
Location location is excellent WiFi in our room was zero!!! NO WIFI!!!! We complained several times but the staff was useless!!! Said they will take care of it but nothing happened!!! Another disappointment was the breakfast: very limited choice, doesn’t change at all between the days and the staff was in some of the days totally unfriendly. The food trails were half empty or empty most of the time, you ask for replacement and they yes but nothing happens!!! They have an arrangement with a parking lot which is located 500 meters from hotel and it was a good deal.
